very good

config 10g client in 11g database

i cannot log in to sqlplus/sqlplusw
i get this error
SP2-1503: Message 1503 not found; product=SQLPlus; facility=SP2
SP2-0152: ORACLE may not be functioning properly
but when i run lsnrctl status/service i get this error
TNS-12557: TNS:protocol adapter not loadable
this is the same as the 11g sever listener,when i do my tnsping i get Message 3513 not found; product=NETWORK; facility=TNS and Message 3513 not found; product=NETWORK; facility=TNS

i’m create the user and grant the permission and after that i create table then revoke
but i shows an error.
ORA-10301:insufficent privileges error is getting.
