Enable SOA Log for EBS 12.1 and 12.2
EBS 12.1
$INST_TOP/ora/10.1.3/j2ee/oafm/config/oc4j.properties
Add the lines
SOA_ENABLE_STANDALONE_LOGGING=TRUE
Bounce the adoafmctl.sh
and then log file will generate $INST_TOP/soa/SOALog.log

Please be note, you need to see the logfile when the transaction are incoming to server
